Appetizer of zucchini with garlic
Delicious fried zucchini
1 medium size zucchini
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium bunch of parsley
1/2 tbsp. Walnuts
Vegetable oil for frying and dressing
Salt to taste
Zucchini is washed and peeled of seeds and peel, if the vegetable is quite mature. If you use a young zucchini, it is not necessary to clean it from the peel or seeds. Cut the vegetable into pieces of arbitrary shape, but not too finely.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan and lay the slices of zucchini so that they fit in one layer. Roast zucchini on moderate fire until golden brown. Do not overdo it too much in a frying pan, so that the pieces do not turn into porridge.
If there is not enough large frying pan, fry the squash portions in batches. Finished vegetables spread on a wide dish.
