    Step-by-step recipe

    We need to boil the potatoes . Meanwhile, the onions are cut into rings, the Bulgarian pepper diced or striped. Sausages also cut into cubes.

    In the pan pour the vegetable oil, lay onions and Bulgarian pepper. We cook for 5 minutes.

    Then add the diced boiled potatoes. Solim, pepper to taste. Stir and fry until golden brown. If desired, you can add spices to taste.
