TRAIN

Regular exercises on the cardiovascular system relieve recurrent migraine headaches and headaches in half of the patients. During training, your body produces endorphins, which block pain receptors and relieve stress, which is one of the main causes of headaches. Spend half an hour three times a week, for example, to run or ride a bike in quiet mode. To avoid the headache from overwork, make sure that the pulse does not exceed 150 beats per minute. If you do not have a heart rate monitor, just breathe through your nose: if you can not, then overdo it. Your migraines can decrease in two weeks.

Eat SHEET VEGETABLES AND NUTS

One of the causes of migraines is the lack of magnesium in the body. In the US, for example, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, more than half of the adult population does not get it to a daily rate of 400 mg. Eat spinach, chard, almonds, cashews and nuts. They contain more than 70 mg per serving. You can also take vitamins with magnesium. Your migraines will decrease in two weeks.

DO NOT DRINK A LOT OF COFFEE

As is known to all coffee lovers, the lack of caffeine causes a severe headache. And it's not just about the cases when you missed the most important morning cup. Sometimes even drinking coffee in the morning, you can get a headache in the afternoon. Solution: limit yourself to 225 ml of coffee a day, then its lack will not be so significant for your body. Reduce consumption slowly.

SLEEP MORE

Lack of sleep can lead to a headache during the day, because your brain reacts more strongly to such irritants as bright light and loud sounds. You should receive at least seven hours of sleep each night and stick to one daily routine even on weekends. If you have trouble sleeping, call your doctor.

STRENGTHEN THE NECK

This may seem stupid, but the effectiveness of this method is scientifically proven. Stress in the neck from sitting behind the monitor or holding the tube at the ear can compress the nerves that go to the brain, causing migraines. In this case, before the headache, you can feel pain in the neck. Strengthening the muscles of the neck, you remove the tension, and therefore do not allow migraines.

DRINK MORE WATER

Dehydration is another common cause of migraines. This may be due to the fact that in this case your blood condenses and its inflow to the brain is reduced. There is no clear rule how much water per day should be drunk, because it depends on your weight, weather and other factors. You can follow the color of urine: it should be relatively light. If it turns dark yellow, you should drink some water.
